Linksys Velop Red Light Blinking

A hassle but i ve had solid blue on each velop node for about a day so far. The 1 4 lights will only turn on when you have a client physically connected with an ethernet cable at the back of router ports labeled 1 4. Strangely i seems to be able add the node when the led is in red. One of my nodes has been stuck on a solid red light for the last couple of days which supposedly indicates that it isn t connected to the internet even though it s definitely is 100 as i ve been connected to this node with no issues during that time. While the internet connection has dropped the wi fi network is still operating. May we know the distance of the certain node to the other nodes.

All devices connected to that node loose connection some of them reconnect later some do not until velop is rebooted. Every minute or so sometimes more often the blue light blinks sometimes once sometimes several times and sometimes so long that it turns red. Strangely wired and wireless internet worked fine. Wish i could be more help.

Wait for a blinking orange light. The wi fi lights will only turn on when there are clients connected to either your 2 4 ghz or 5 ghz radio band on the router.
